If you receive a phone call from our 1-800-990-7499 please be sure to not give out any personal information requested.  Our fraud department for our Visa Debit or Credit cards will typically call requesting to verify the last few purchases made on your card and possibly your last four digits of your card.  

If you are being asked to give out your full card number, SSN, your address, your full name, date of birth and/or your user id for online/mobile app banking please hang up the phone and contact the credit union immediately 315-733-1596.

Online Banking, Mobile Banking and BillPay will be unavailable while we make the necessary changes.  BillPay will be unavailable from 5 pm on 9/21 to 9 am on 9/23.  Online/Mobile access will be unavailable from 9 am on 9/22 to 9 am on 9/23.  For additional information. please click on the FAQ's link above.

• 2 day hold on deposits

• max amount = $3,000.00

• cut off time = 2:45pm

• must sign the back and add "For Mobile Deposit Only".
